My patients all know that excercises are important, which is why I teach them in just about every session.  However, I know how easy to forget exactly how to do them once you go home.  That's why I'm sharing this page with my patients as a reference for excercises.  

 
 

Founder Exercise

  • This exercise helps train your body to use the Postier Chain (Hamstrings, Glutes, and lower back muscles)

 

Low Back Exercise

  • This exercise will help strengthen the weakened lower back from excessive stiting.

 

Sitting Posture

  • This exercise will improve spinal posture while seated.

 

Standing Posture

  • This exercise will improve standing spinal posture.
