Founder Exercise
This exercise helps train your body to use the Postier Chain (Hamstrings, Glutes, and lower back muscles)
Low Back Exercise
This exercise will help strengthen the weakened lower back from excessive stiting.
Sitting Posture
This exercise will improve spinal posture while seated.
